It has five bedrooms including three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, two bedrooms have en-suite facilities as well as the cottage having three family shower rooms, it can sleep ten people. Also inside you will find a kitchen/diner, sitting room with a woodburning stove, indoor swimming pool and a games room. Outside is off road parking for six cars and on-site is the owner's Site of Special Scientific Interest with a stream, two ponds, a play area and picnic benches as well as a barbecue. The Cider Barn is a lovely barn conversion situated close to the village of Teignmouth just thirteen miles from Torbay in South Devon. The cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one twin together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private courtyard with garden and furniture. The Cider Barn is a lovely property for use as a base to explore this lovely part of the country. Sunshine Cottage is a former fisherman's terrace cottage in the seaside town of Teignmouth. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one adult bunk, along with a shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with a foldaway table and chairs. Outside is a courtyard with steps to a decked area with furniture and parking is available in local car parks. Sunshine Cottage is a lovely base for a small family with plenty to see and do in the area.

Dunholme House is a detached cottage in Teignmouth, ten minutes' stroll from the sea, shops and pubs. The cottage has two doubles with en-suite shower rooms on the first floor, a bathroom and additional WC on the first floor, and on the second floor, a twin and a single. There is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room on the ground floor, and an additional sitting room with drop-down king-size double bed on the first floor for added flexibility.
